Marino Campus is now taking applications.

 

Thank you for your interest in applying to Marino Campus. The goal of our admissions department is to identify candidates who are most likely to grow and thrive from the Marino Campus academic model and Campus experience. Remember, no single program can be the "right fit" for every candidate.

Marino Campus is a 10 month, non-residential program with Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions. 

Are you eligible to apply? 

Candidates seeking admission must be at least 18 years old and have ONE of the following:

  • Verification of high school completion (transcript, diploma, special diploma, certificate of completion, etc.) showing/verifying date of completion.

  • Verification of GED completion (GED scores or GED diploma).

  • Florida Home School Diploma including receipt of proper state credential.

There are 3 steps to our application process.

STEP 1: Complete Online Application

The first step is to complete and submit the online application. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must be submitted before the application can be completed. The fee must be paid online by credit card. The application will automatically be submitted to the Admissions Office when the “Submit” button at the end of the application is pressed.

Some of the information you will need to gather to complete the application includes:

  • Applicant and parent contact information
  • High school address and date of graduation
  • Emergency contacts (3)
  • Accommodations made in school
  • Skills you would like to learn: academic, career, independent living, social, and recreational
  • Employment history including location, supervisor, hours, reason for leaving
  • Health information and history including family physician and contact information, health insurance company and policy number, and medications
  • Interests including sports, clubs, classes you would like to take, and career interests
  • Future goals
  • References and contact information (3)

Once we receive your application and $100 application fee, our Admissions Office will review your application, verify eligibility, and schedule an initial interview for you and your parent(s)/caregiver to meet with our staff. We will answer all of your questions and go over tuition and fees in this interview. 

The following documentation must be brought to the interview:

  • Picture identification
  • Most-recent unofficial school transcripts
  • Diploma
  • Most-recent Individual Education Plan
  • Most-recent Psychological Evaluation
  • Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, e.g. Social Security Card or birth certificate

Step 3: Acceptance & Registration

If you are accepted to Marino Campus, you will be notified by mail and email.  An enrollment packet will be sent to you via mail, and you must complete all forms contained in the packet. Once your paperwork is complete, you will attend a final meeting with the Student Admission Specialist to finalize your enrollment. Fees and tuition payment for the first session will be due at this time.
